I edited my preprocessor to create R4 ig.xml only to discover that the ig-pub doesn't like that when I publish a STU3 IG.
I thought that we were set on always using the latest ImplementationGuide in the ig-publisher no matter what version of FHIR we were publishing. In other words ig.xml is version R4 no matter if the IG is based on STU3 or R4?

that will be the case once I do the next refactor of the IG publisher - starting next week, but I don't think it is right now
