Hi Friends!

We're in the process of migrating the FHIRcast spec to an actual IG format (and were previously using mkdocs+travis-ci). I haven't been able to locate documentation on how to hook an hl7 gh repo up to the FHIR CI / publisher / build.fhir.org site. I'd like for commits to master and to published branches to kick off the IG Publisher and get hosted on build.fhir.org, like a normal IG.

Because I have additional rights to the fhir-ipa repo, I see that it has a webhook configured that notifies https://us-central1-fhir-org-starter-project.cloudfunctions.net/ig-commit-trigger on commits. Should I be creating the same thing on FHIRcast?

More generally, what's the process for this?
