Should this exist? I'm looking at https://wiki.hl7.org/FHIR_IG_publisher_templates
and it refers to https://github.com/hl7-au/fhir-ig-template but that returns a 404.
Alternatively are their other jurisdiction templates available? I'm looking to build an IG which is like http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7au/au-fhir-base/profiles.html
