Hello, couple of small questions:
1) I noticed that in US Core resources, it defaults to "differential view" instead of text summary. Is that an option in the publisher I can use?
2) My Patient adds http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/iso21090-AD-use and inherits http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/us-core-birthsex from Us Core. I noticed that in the differential view, it lists the binding for the AD-use, but does not list the binding for us-core-birthsex. Any idea why that is? is it because it is not different from the UsCore patient? but in that case why does it show up at all?

- I'm not sure. I think I'd have to look at it and maybe step it in the debugger to know

well, it's not an option on the publisher, but it might be a think the template could do something about

That's a 'no', but the intention is for the existing summary to change to something that's more useful - and we may change where it appears in the list of tabs
