Topic: build.fhir.org in ballot IG?

Trying to remember - is it illegal to have build.fhir.org (like a dependence on an IG that isn't published yet) in an STU ballot, or only illegal once you publish?

it's mostly illegal. It's ok if you are specifically referring to the ci-build

This would likely be pointing to the version of VRDR that was frozen for the Connectathon. https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/vrdr/branches/Sep_2021_Connectathon/ The actual IG is not likely to be published before ballot in May (shortly after) but we'd update to the published version after ballot.

It could also just be the current version though - which will obviously be more mature then...
