the anchor created is named tbd-codes-grouper, but the link to it from the profile html page is tbd-codes.html#grouper

we have several errors of the same kind, i assume this is a IG builder bug?

Looks like it, yes. Can you submit a change request for the IG Publisher - and include a link to the genomics reporting IG that has the issue?
