@Grahame Grieve All my search parameter urls and some valueset and codesystem urls are causing errors, how do I fix this so that does not happen now and in the future?
e.g.
SearchParameter/us-core-allergyintolerance-clinical-status: SearchParameter.url error URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/SearchParameter/us-core-allergyintolerance-clinical-status' does not resolve

I think so, FYI Brett and I are finishing up US core and will bring a list of issues when we are finished with our internal QA.
