Hi all, when I tried to add an example for an Observation profile to DiagnosticReport example profile, the IG output is displayed as in the screenshot below

Ok. And what's the narrative for your resource? Are the XML & JSON showing up correctly?

That is what you expect if your [Resoure].text.div is empty...... add something like 'foo' and you will see it rendered in this tab. The xml and json will show the example in xml and json. You have a couple of options here.
- remove the .text element from the example instance and the ig-publisher will render the narrative for you (and it does a pretty decent job too - thanks to Lloyd and Grahame
- create your own narrative view for the example (in xhtml)
