I suggest that the rendering of a profile flag abstract profiles (abstract flag = true) in the rendered version.
Currently, the only way to identify abstract profiles is by their name, or description, or perusing the JSON.

I was trying to make an IG Publisher suggestion to give a visual cue in the rendered HTML that a profile was abstract.
Are you asking where the visual cue should go?
Using http://hl7.org/fhir/us/mcode/StructureDefinition-mcode-cancer-condition-parent.html as an example, I would suggest in the text summary: "This abstract structure is derived from USCoreCondition".
