I have added text to the descriptions to alert users that certain codes are abstract grouper codes when the codes are expanded in the valueset. for examples here: http://build.fhir.org/ig/argonautproject/R4/branches/m

Is there a better way to display heirarchy and abstract grouper in the value set expansion. I feel I may be missing something here.

Not sure if anyone got to this. The notSelectable property (from http://hl7.org/fhir/codesystem.html#status) might be of interest. In terms of hierarchy in the expansion, this is deliberately optional for servers to support (one reason being because presenting results in hierarchy can interact with text filters in strange and sometimes unfortunate ways)
