We started with windows 7 but moved to 10 end of last year.

the extended support from Microsoft has ended... so it will be very unlikely someone has Windows 7... and if Microsoft isn't supporting it, then we sholdn't have to..... Note, I was the one complaining about this but now have win 10 everywhere
