@Grahame Grieve I'm getting some new warnings in my IG (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/case-reporting/branches/master/qa.html) like:
StructureDefinition/characteristics-of-home-environment: StructureDefinition.snapshot.element[15].mapping[3].map warning value should not start or finish with whitespace
There are about 8-10 of them and they appear to be about the mappings in the base Observation StructureDefinition.

it is a typo in the base spec in R4
