I am using -tx n/a in the command line and still getting this error:
Publishing Content Failed: Attempt to use Terminology server when no Terminology server is available
This prevents any output. How do you suppress the terminology server if not with the parameter?

this really isn't supported functionality. You need to reference a terminology server

you can never have any guide without a vocabulary - it's everywhere.

The vocabulary is supported by NCI. They do not have a FHIR server.

but any IG makes extensive use of existing FHIR vocabulary, so you just use tx.fhir.org. It won't know some of the terminology, but it will know all the rest
