Hello
I am using the spreadsheet to author profiles and extensions.
Where should i put the version for the extension ?
If I dont have it, I get this warning in the QA log which i am trying to resolve. This is for an extension definition.
http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-atr/StructureDefinition/ext-planReference warning Profiles SHOULD state their own version.
Any insights would be good..to try..

you create a sheet in the spreadsheet with the name "Metadata". It has 2 columns, one name "Name" and one named "Value". You put a row in with a name "version"and value whatever you want
