Having issues with ValueSet expansion within this Valueset: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-cancer-reporting-ig/ValueSet-overarching-histologic-type-vs.html. Could this show a bug in the IG Publisher causing the referenced concepts not to appear under the Expansion of the encompassing ValueSet?
