I think this is because back in STU3 the path was connected differently http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/datatypes-definitions.html#Attachment.contentType and the publisher, after R5 conversion, is looking for the wrong thing?

The simplest I could think of is by using this input folder: input.zip
The message comes in the console already under onGenerate
