I refreshed the IG Publisher and made some terminology-related updates to the IPS content last night. It's been a few days since I had build the IG, but now I have 91 of these errors with the ig-uv-ips.xml file:
ImplementationGuide/ig-uv-ips: ImplementationGuide.definition.resource[1].extension error The extension http://tools.fhir.org/StructureDefinition/resource-information is unknown, and not allowed here
I haven't made any changes in ig-uv-ips.xml, and now it's giving the error for each repetition of the 'definition.resource' element (which has no resource-information or other declared extensions). Has anyone seen this or anything like it, or know what to do about it? @Lloyd McKenzie?

That's a new issue with an extension Grahame has injected. Just ignore the error and we'll make it go away soon-ish

Oh, ok. I didn't recall having seen it mentioned anywhere, so it's good that you know about it and we can ignore it.

oh. it gets removed before publication, but not before validation.....

should add it as a known extension. Just haven't got around to it
