The ODH IG landing page uses smart quotes &lsquo and &rsquo. They're rendered correctly on the page, but I'm seeing this error in the qa.html:
Is there something else going on that I'm missing?

rqsuo is parsed but not lsquo. make sense of that.... fixed in next update
