I'm having this appear dozens of times in the build logs for C-CDA on FHIR R4:
Unable to find version-specific path for reference - defaulting to version-independent reference: http://terminology.hl7.org/ValueSet/v3-ConfidentialityClassification|4.0.0
Each time it appears it seems to hang for 30 seconds or more, which of course really slows down the build.
