org.hl7.fhir.exceptions.FHIRException: Unable to connect to terminology server. Use parameter '-tx n/a' tun run without using terminology services to validate LOINC, SNOMED, ICD-X etc. Error = Error sending Http Request: Read timed out

Looks like it is back up now, so likely an intermittent issue.

Not sure what the initial issue was, but @Mark Iantorno restarted the server. Unfortunately, right now that doesn't automatically restart the terminology service. I just showed Mark how to do that, so now both of us should be able to do it if and when it is needed.
