Stream: IG creation

Getting: Error reading http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU3.1.1/package.tgz causing IG publisher to fail on 2 of my IGs that were publishing fine a couple of days ago.
I notice there was a new version of US Core published today but the link from here: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/history.html (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core) doesn't work.
The IGs are pointing to 3.1.0 - not sure if I'm supposed to update that?
