@Grahame Grieve Every Composition resource profile has the following in the build.log:
Unable to find version-specific path for reference - defaulting to version-independent reference: http://terminology.hl7.org/ValueSet/v3-ConfidentialityClassification|2014-03-26
Unfortunately the build hangs for about 5 minutes for each of these, and C-CDA on FHIR has 12 Composition profiles. In the past it has always completed, but today I got this error at the end:

Can you either a) increase the timeout or b) stop it hangin on v3-ConfidentialityClassification? I would prefer option b because this IG takes forever to run even when it does complete.

Anybody else have this timeout issue before? Any ideas? The build is failing because of this.

the version independent reference thing is trivial and not related to the problem. You should try commiting the txCache, as recommended
