We have had a problem since we started using the new template.
In the TOC the examples (except Composition) and NamingSystems are listed without titles (see http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-core/branches/master/toc.html). In the artifacts everything is listed correctly with title (see http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-core/branches/master/artifacts.html). What is noticeable there is that the example of the composition is listed with its title and not with the filename as in the other examples.
Those examples that are listed in the TOC without title are not listed in the profiles in the Example-Tab:
- working example: http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-core/branches/master/StructureDefinition-ch-core-composition-epr-examples.html
- not-working example: http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-core/branches/master/StructureDefinition-ch-core-practitioner-epr-examples.html (this is the missing example: http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-core/branches/master/Practitioner-AllzeitBereit.html)
Could this possibly have something to do with the fact that there is no title element in the affected resources? Can anyone tell me the mistake we are making or is it a known problem?

It would be nice if a display would be shown here in the TOC (http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-core/branches/master/toc.html), also for the Examples and NamingSystems. But I don't know if we are doing something wrong or if it is a known problem.

There should be a new release of the template, hopefully coming today, that will support you declaring titles (and descriptions) in the IG for resources that don't have those natively (primarily examples, though NamingSystem in R4 also falls into that boat).
