There's a change in the next version of the IG publisher - I am changing the format of the suppressed messages file. the new format is documented here: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIR/Implementation+Guide+Parameters
Your IGs will continue to build without any change on your part but you will now get a new error saying that you have to update the format until you do
The main change is that the reason for suppression now becomes explicit. This is because some IGs, people have not paid enough care to this, and there's risk here for FMG
