I'm think I'm getting it because I'm using a code from code system: http://www.ama-assn.org/go/cpt:
information: Code System URI 'http://www.ama-assn.org/go/cpt' is unknown so the code cannot be validated

Yes, that's appropriate to suppress - we expect to have that problem because CPT isn't available to the validator
