@Grahame Grieve Something weird is happening with StructureMaps in the SDOH IG. In the source:

typeMode is present everywhere. However, in the published IG, typeMode has been stripped out:

That's problematic, given that typeMode is mandatory in R4. I presume it's a conversion error.
