My official URL for this profile is http://nccn.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/order-template when I run the IG tool it is not creating a folder name StructureDefinition? Is that something I need to create and move the files into that folder? It will create the file StructureDefinition-order-template.html.

@Grahame Grieve Should the IGPublisher be creating the relevant redirects for the different URL representations of the resource? Is this something that's even possible to do when you don't know what the web server will be?

not that simple. it's a longer discussion. when you publish, do you follow the HL7 publishing pattern with regard to version - that is, package-list.json, a history page built using http://hl7.org/fhir/history.js, the current version published at [canonical] and all versions at [canonica]/[folder] ?

no. it doesn't matter what you call it - the IG publisher knows where you put it, and will generate the appropriate redirects. If , that is, you follow the publishing pattern

hmmm not sure that I understand how this is going to work. so the IG publisher tool created a file StructureDefinition-order-template.html the URL for this profile is StructureDefinition/order-template. I dont see a redirects that will route this page.
