I've defined several profiles in spreadsheets that slice an element, and from what I can tell, the profiles work fine, but I'm getting errors in the build tooling that I've got duplicate element ids in the structure definition: http://build.fhir.org/ig/cqframework/cqf-measures/qa#CQFMContinuousVariableMeasure

So in the spreadsheet, is that the Profile Name element?

I've set unique values for the Slice Description column, but I don't see a Slice Name column

Profile Name. Slice description is generally omitted - it's only used if you can't define a discriminator
