How do you get simplifier to resolve to the latest definition of a resource.
For example this url no longer goes direct to the latest version of the resource.
Now it goes to a page which lists one correct match according the to specified scope and a number of wrong matches which don't match the scope.

@Kevin Mayfield There's an issue currently with resolving to the latest version of a package, will likely be resolved later this week. Until then a versioned resolve does work: https://simplifier.net/resolve?scope=uk.nhsdigital.r4@2.4.3&canonical=https://fhir.nhs.uk/Id/nhs-number
