Topic: STU3 profiles missing versions
Eric Haas (Oct 15 2019 at 19:31):
My STU3 profiles are missing versions. They are generated from spreadsheets and I don't recall this ever coming up before.
see for example:
https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-deqm/qa.html#profile_indv_measurereport_deqm
the behavior before was for all the artifacts to be assigned the "fixed-business-version" from ig.json. Has this changed?
Lloyd McKenzie (Oct 15 2019 at 19:39):
Right now, the version gets declared in the ig.ini file. It will soon move to the ImplementationGuide file
Grahame Grieve (Oct 15 2019 at 21:00):
no this has not changed
Lloyd McKenzie (Oct 16 2019 at 01:21):
@Grahame Grieve Not understanding your comment. I was talking about how things currently work with the template?
Grahame Grieve (Oct 16 2019 at 02:24):
was that what Eric was talking about?
Lloyd McKenzie (Oct 16 2019 at 02:38):
I think so...
Eric Haas (Oct 16 2019 at 17:37):
I think we are getting confused with what the current or prexisting ig-pub behavior is what the future standard template behavior is going to be. So I am not using the standard template approach nor planning to for DEQM and US Core prior to imminent publishing and in the current approach the SD versions appeared in the Profiles based on ig.json "fixed-business-version". That is no longer the case for STU3 igs ( OK for R4 igs) . If this is no longer supported or not an easy fix, I will work around it. :-)
Grahame Grieve (Oct 17 2019 at 21:39):
I think that you are saying that specifying fixed-business-version in the ig.json file no longer works for STU3 IGs? I can't see why that would be, it's not vaguely version dependent
Eric Haas (Oct 17 2019 at 21:45):
let me double check...
Eric Haas (Oct 17 2019 at 22:51):
OK resolved on its own. (not sure why I got that error)
Eric Haas (Oct 17 2019 at 22:53):
(could have been inherited from profile that they were based upon?
Grahame Grieve (Oct 18 2019 at 02:32):
good.
