Topic: SNOMED CT July 2021 Release
Saul Kravitz (Sep 14 2021 at 14:52):
When will the IG publication toolset recognize the July 2021 SNOMED CT Release?
Based on the error messages I'm getting it is using the March release.

Rob Hausam (Sep 14 2021 at 14:55):
It's interesting that you say that. The July 2021 release is supported. But I think it may not be defaulting to it, as you are noting. Let me do some checking (quickly, as I have a session starting at the top of the hour).
Saul Kravitz (Sep 14 2021 at 14:56):
Here is the message I get:
Unable to find code 1156506007 in http://snomed.info/sct (version http://snomed.info/sct/731000124108/version/20210301);
Rob Hausam (Sep 14 2021 at 14:58):
The 20210731 SNOMED CT version is set as the default - so it should be working correctly, but apparently isn't. Can you give me the query so I can reproduce?
Saul Kravitz (Sep 14 2021 at 14:59):
I don't understand the request (query?)...
Here is the build that is generating errors:

Grahame Grieve (Sep 14 2021 at 20:39):
for the US edition, the only version loaded is 20210301
Rob Hausam (Sep 14 2021 at 20:41):
The new 20210901 US Edition is now available, and I can load that on tx.fhir.org today - it's only been available for a few days, and hadn't managed to do that before the Connectathon. My earlier reply was referencing the latest International Edition (July 2021), which is the default for SNOMED CT on the server, because that seemed to be what was being asked - but if the IG specifies the US Edition, then, yes, it would have been using the 20210301 version because that is what is currently there. Anyway, I'll get that taken care of.
Rob Hausam (Sep 15 2021 at 05:05):
The SNOMED CT US Edition 20210901 release is now loaded on tx.fhir.org.
Saul Kravitz (Sep 22 2021 at 21:23):
@Rob Hausam When I run the publisher, US SNOMEDCT values are missing:
450391000124102 Death in emergency Room/Outpatient
450381000124100 Death in nursing home/Long term care facility
They are not brand new codes -- https://uts.nlm.nih.gov/uts/umls/concept/C4081948
