Where can the Snomed CT Edition be specified? It used to be in the ig.json, now it can be specified in the ig.ini or in the IG resource?

you need a parameters resource ,which has the appropriate parameter for the $expand operation (e.g. system-version) and then you name that resource in your ig parameters using the path-expansion-params parameter
