I have defined a CodeSystem using the CodeSystem resource for my profiles/IG. How do I reference this CodeSystem resource in a coding.system element? I am referencing the URL in my CodeSystem but if you actually try and go there you will get a 404 error.

Yea I caught that. But I wasn't sure if I actually needed to place something in that location.
