Committed fixes for QI-Core that address the errors and warnings, all except for the issue with not having a modifier reason. I'm not sure what to do about that one, I've tried setting Modifier Reason in the base extension, as well as in all the profiles that use the modifier extension, and I've tried various spellings/spacings of the modifier reason column, but nothing seems to work.

I've also submitted a tracker for the request-doNotPerform usage, and tried to suppress that error, but I can't seem to get the suppression message syntax quite right, so the publisher still reports the error.
