Have been getting the below persistent QA error on the Dental Consult Note (based on CCDAonFHIR Consult Note) and am not sure what might be the cause (notes- did not make any StructureDefinition edits during publishing, and am getting this error within ToF, locally, and in CI build)
"The diff list size changed when sorting - was 39 is now 4"

That sounds like the elements in your profile are listed in the wrong order
