The errors exist in the Gravity IG CI build here - http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-sdoh-clinicalcare/qa.html. @Grahame Grieve do you have access to that environment? The IG's Git repo is here: https://github.com/HL7/fhir-sdoh-clinicalcare Not sure if this is what you need... please let us know.
