This came up in the FHIR Sec call this morning. What is the proper way to include all the children and grandchildren of an abstract concept? Should I simply include the abstract code in the include.concept array or should I use a filter to specify a rule that all the children of that code must be included.?

either are 'proper'. generally, using a filter is better in that it's easier to maintain and not screw up
