In STU3 Immunization we want to use doseNumberString from R4 Immunization.
According to Versions this is possible, and I can create instances using this approach that are accepted by the IGPublisher.

We want to put a must support flag on the use of this pre-adoption, and that is causing me problems.
When I try to include the extension in the structure definition I get an error that the extension does not resolve.

I don't think that the snapshot generator knows about those extensions yet
