for printable IGs, i was trying to experiment with jekyll themes. some themes are printer-friendly.
i know that it is possible to put paging into css, but haven't gone there.

@Rien Wertheim This isn't really defining requirements for IGs as a whole, but more about what we're going to do with the IG Publisher. That said, I'll post it there too.
