Are there any examples of configuration for hosting at a URL different from the canonical URL? I'm trying to fix broken "Directory of published versions" links to a currently non-existent history page for the Logica COVID-19 IG, but must be misunderstanding how to do this. The canonical profile URIs (e.g. http://fhir.logicahealth.org/covid19/StructureDefinition/covid-19-exposure-questionnaire) we don't want to change, but we host at a different URL, and the "Directory of published versions" link seems to be generated from the canonical as a base. How can this be changed?

Somewhere under the URL at which it's hosted. Haven't actually created it yet :)

This guide is actually intended to be hosted multiple places, so ideally we'd be able to use relative URLs so the same build can live happily at either of them.
