I have 50 errors like this in the continuous build of fhir-order-catalog IG:

This error is systematic and has been there for quite a while on this IG. Can someone tell me what is wrong?
The IG also has systematic warnings on $validate-code, which do not make sense to me:

I see that @John Moehrke had reported the same warnings (topic "terminology oddity"). In my case I have more than 100 such warnings, on terminologies SNOMED CT and LOINC. So how can I resolve this?

in my case they went away. Attributed to the instability that occationally happens with the terminology server. Try poking the build again.

Yes, it may be worth a try again. The terminology server has just been freshly restarted.
