For this newly released IG publisher. I removed a section of the code from the HTML link validator that was doing some weird crosss-version checking of links against dependent IGs. I can't remember of figure out what is trying to allow, and the way it was doing things is no longer possible now that the tools have transited to the NPM package server at http://packages.fhir.org.
So it's possible that you'll find newly broken links with this release. I ran about 15 IGs, and couldn't find any, so maybe it'll never happen. If you see new broken links pertaining to IGs that your IG depends on, let me know

There seems to be a problem with the latest IG publisher. It hangs at the "Load Content" step. When try to use a previous version of the IG publisher that I had downloaded on 4/19 to run the same IG, it works. Is this a known issue?

Thanks for checking. I am not sure why I am issue. I used the _updatePublisher.bat, the latest jar size is 98,977KB. I double clicked on the jar, chose the ig.ini and execute ... then it just stops at the Load Content. I have the latest sample-ig

I've just reviewed the changes since .81, and nothing is looking like an issue. you're saying it works with 81 and not with 82?
