Obviously it's trying to turn the canonical into a hyperlink and isn't accounting for the fact that there's a version specified. (Presumably we shouldn't try to hyperlink to a version-specific canonical, as the base URL might not be the specified version.) In this particular case, the canonical is one of the Task.inputs.
