Building a DSTU2 IG, I get several QA errors about a missing icon:
The image source 'icon_modifier_extension_simple.png' cannot be resolved
Like the other icons in the generated snapshot/differential tables, I expect this one should be provided by the IG publisher?

Note: I wasn't sure how to test this. I am on a Mac, so I cannot run the build-packages.bat script. Please confirm fixes before merging or let me know how I can confirm them on my end.
