On the Plan-Net IG, I don't understand the difference between Logical Definition (CLD) vs Expansion.
For example:

I'd guess either that the NUCC code system in tx.fhir.org does not match the set of codes used to create the CLD, or there is a rendering error. What is different about the expand?

@Gail Kocher noticed that some of the codes in the Logical Definition are missing from the Expansion. For example:

I can add the new codes, but then @Grahame Grieve will need to push the package update. Maybe that can be in place by the time they take effect on April 1?
