Does the publisher allow linking to IG pages in or under the top menu? We want to make the navigation easier by making the IG pages navigable via that menu.

What I meant was whether I am able to manually control this. We have a couple of pages that do not appear in any of the menus and are only navigable via the table of content.

I think what you are looking for is menu.xml. It allows you to define what is in the top menu bar, including drop down menus.

@Mohammad Jafari you can just include a link to the relative page (in html). Like what I did with the changes I made to the vocabulary links, when the link was to local page.
