Dental Data Exchange custom template may be causing a Jira spec related issue; jira-new.xml and jira-current.xml aren't being generated in /template when building locally. Is there a way to obtain these files so that we can compare?

I just cloned your repository and ran it and I see FHIR-us-dentalreferral.xml being generated into the root folder as expected, and I see template/jira-current.xml and template/jira-new.xml sitting there too...
