I am still getting warnings here. I have pushed my FHIR-phd.xml which is correct but jira-current.xml is still the age old ancient item. When I place the FHIR-phd-xml file into my copy of JIRA-Spec-Artifacts the build is good. My branch also builds fine with no errors. However, the master copy is still the ancient one. What is going wrong?

The only pull request I have is vastly out of date and was trying to change 9 different files. Perhaps pull the current release of JiraSpecArtifacts into your branch and create a new pull request.
