Hi all, I'm trying to resolve a Jira Spec Artifact issue in an IG, but found that the source repo (HL7/Jira-Spec-Artifacts) is currently broken. Doing a fresh clone/build gives the following:
[xslt] ERROR: Version with code 2.1.0.6 in specification CDA-ccda has been removed or changed. Versions should never change. Keys should also not be removed. Versions can only be removed if no JIRA tracker references that version. If this is the case and the version should really be removed, please coordinate with an administrator.

AFAICT, the file in question hasn't been changed in several months, so it's not a matter of reverting a recent PR. Thoughts? (@Lloyd McKenzie)

@Joshua Procious is working on fixing a problem with the CDA files. He'll let us know when everything's cleaned up and it's safe to try again.

CDA issue cleaned. Builds should be working now!
