So I'm seeing this in the IG output: Jekyll: [n3f3img u r at i o nD efpirleec:a tCi:o/nU:s eTh e B r'ygne/mDso'c ucmoenf i sg/uSrract/iHoLn7 /oSppti coinf ihcaast iboens/CQL/Specifications/DSTU-Updates/R1.3/Source/temp/_config.yml

And then the Jekyll process just hangs.

Hoping someone recognizes that particular pattern of mangling and can point me in the right direction?

view this post on Zulip Grahame Grieve (Mar 22 2018 at 20:56):

that's pretty strange

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Mar 22 2018 at 20:57):

Yeah, it was working fine, then I tried to change the IG's canonical URL and now I get that.

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Mar 22 2018 at 20:58):

I must have changed something else though too because changing it back didn't help.

view this post on Zulip Grahame Grieve (Mar 22 2018 at 20:59):

look at the string... that's internal corruption....

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Mar 22 2018 at 21:01):

Seems to be, yes.

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Mar 22 2018 at 21:01):

Reverted all my changes and I'm back to functional.

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Mar 22 2018 at 21:01):

I'll narrow it down.

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Mar 22 2018 at 21:15):

I've got a "specification" element in my ig.json, but I don't see that element documented in the IG Publisher Documentation.

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Mar 22 2018 at 21:15):

I'm assuming that should just point to the specification base URL, right (i.e. http://hl7.org/fhir)?

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Mar 22 2018 at 21:18):

N/m, found it, yes, it should point to the fhir base URL, but for the fhirPath ig, it's pointing to http://hl7.org/fhirpath.

view this post on Zulip Grahame Grieve (Mar 22 2018 at 21:19):

should still point to the FHIR spec - it just doesn't matter for FHIRPath
